Welcome to our website!

At Southwood-Property we respect the long-term commitment of homes with the owners, the environment, and future owners.impact of construction on the environment. We are committed to utilizing products, services and implementing decisions that will keep this historical property beautiful, sustainable, energy efficient and  safe for the next generations to come. Originally built in 1925, this building is a prime example of neo-classical inspired architecture, in a 3 story building. The upper 3 units are approximately 1680 square feet and have 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The master suite is comprised of a bedroom and a sunroom with 2 pairs of french doors. The center piece of each condo is a historic archway between the dining room and living room.
Over the past two years we removed old inefficient heating system and renovated the units preserving the architecture and updating with top technology. For more information click on ammenities.
