What are the new ammenities?

 

  • Gourmet kitchens with granite counter tops, tiled backsplashes and top of the line Kitchen-Aid stainless steel appliances (Energy Star rated).

 

  • New bathrooms with spa tubs, rain heads and low water use faucets and toilets.

 

  • Tiled with natural stones, each bathrooms has travertine tiles along with decorative listellos in travertine, marble or glass.

 

  •  
    Daikon HVAC system replaced the old boiler which was recycled. The new hvac system is more energy efficietn and consumes less resources to heat the building saving residents about 75% over previous heating costs.

 

  • Spray foam insulation replaced the old plaster walls which were not insulated and provide more efficiency for the heating and cooling units. The spray foam is made from sustainable materials. It is non-toxic as well as high R-value per square inch to decrease heat transfer so you spend less in heating and cooling.

 

  • Insulation between the floors to minimize noise transfer.

 

  • New Electrical wiring, and fixtures to bring power to the house of today and tomorrow. We have also added soft wiring for internet/cable (CAD5E). In addition, we have also pre-wired for your speakers in the ceilings.

 

  • Under ground electrical cables to protect the building in case of falling trees or poles  meeting the newest regulations in Clayton.

 

  • New Roofing with high R-value and low flammable rate.

 

  • New Loewen Windows provide historically accurate replicas of the original windows- with the bonus of a high U-factor provides low heat transfer to keep your ambient temperature even and costs down.

 

  • Wood floors (Oak) have been sanded and renewed with  polyurethane to bring back their gleaming splendor.

 

  • Water efficient landscaping design to minimize water usage and landscaping costs.
